This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store, you accept the policies contained herein.

A. shipping costs:

$100.00 and up Free Delivery

Free Shipping only applies to the 48 contiguous states of the US.


B. Transit, Handling & Order Cut off Time Domestically:

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 6 -12 days (Monday to Friday). The order cut-off time will be 10 AM PST. Domestic order handling time is 1 - 2 business days (Monday to Friday).  Processed orders will be collected by our carrier from Monday to Friday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

C. Delivery Terms:

We use UPS to deliver the product. We are not responsible for wrong addresses provided. We are also not responsible if our carrier is unable to deliver or gain access to the address you supplied.

D. Change of Delivery Address:

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 1 day of placing your order at info@semcoworks.com or Call Us at +1 833-211-2297

E. Cancel Items or Orders

You can only cancel an order if it is not in transit yet. If it is already in transit, refer to our order refund policy.

F. Parcels Damaged In Transit:

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

G. Shipping outside US

We are not liable for any additional taxes or duties for orders outside the United States of America. Please check with your country's import rules and regulations regarding the import of our products. Each country may have their own restrictions and regulations on HS codes. In a case the order has left our warehouse and is returned to us due to import related issues, we cannot issue a refund on the shipping costs and there will be a 20% restocking fee.
